Location is everything. Great communication. Easy to find. Several steps up and down a bridge to carry luggage over. Helpful to find access to the water bus. (Public transportation) instead of water taxies (Private transportation). Arranged taxi to get to the airport for departure. Good buffet breakfast. Had room ready for us 2 hour before check in. Comfortable king size beds. Only challenge was small shower. This was our last two days of a 23 day trip. Venice was unbelievable. H & R Z

It's close to Piazza Roma! They're used to tourists, so they're happy to answer any questions you may have. Venice has narrow streets and a cramped atmosphere, but here there's a garden and the nearby walking paths are wide, so you can relax.

We arrived at the Opia Hotel on the morning of March 18. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station. When we arrived at the hotel, it was already check-in time. The guy at the front desk took the initiative to store our luggage for us. When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, he helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The service was very good. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel's facilities, hygiene and environment were all very good. If I come again in the future, I will stay here again.

The room is a little small, but the decoration is good. However, there are long stairs on the way to our room, which is very inconvenient for girls like us with large suitcases. There are also many stairs on the way from the train station to the hotel. Travelers with large luggage are advised to consider carefully.

The room is very small and the corridor can only accommodate one person, but the facilities are good and the location is convenient. The price is not high

The location, the size, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the reception, everything was perfect. It's easy to access the bus and train stations. There are many reasonably priced and delicious restaurants nearby. We stayed here for my family's birthday. They prepared a surprise gift for us in the room. We will definitely come back here when we come to Venice.

The hotel is relatively small overall, with a small garden where you can have breakfast. The streets behind the hotel are very quiet. There are supermarkets, ice cream shops, pizza shops and bread and cookie shops along the river. I recommend an ice cream shop on the corner, it's great
