In terms of location to attractions: Rialto is 8 minutes, San Marco is 15 minutes, Palazzo Contarini Bovolo is 5 minutes, Accademia Bridge is 10 minutes. Everything is close! My room was on the 1st floor, but in fact it was the 2nd. They checked us in early at 12:00. They cleaned every day, everything was clean, the room was large, there were toiletries, and most importantly, it was QUIET!
