The hotel is in a very good location for sightseeing and eating places. Better directions to get to the hotel would be useful.

The location is just 20 minutes walk from Santa Lucia Station, and the plaza is also 10 minutes away, so it's perfect. There are many restaurants around, and be sure to eat a lot of food in the old wild west of Venice.

Nice place tucked away from the madness of the street. Kind, efficient staff & very clean, lovely & spacious room.
Proximity to water taxi, shops and restaurants couldn’t have been better!

This Hotel is wonderful. Not big on fancy but it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The personnel was absolutely wonderful and helpful. From dinner reservations to transportation reservations. It is very centrally located, and you can walk everywhere.

We had a lovely stay. The setting of the hotel was dreamlike (we had a room with a canal view), the area was a lively mix of locals and tourists and had great access to all the classic Venice sights. Best of all were the staff - from the desk staff to the lovely breakfast lady (does she ever have a day off?!) everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would be delighted to return and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A great value hotel in a pretty canal side location. Quiet, but accessable to all the main sites and water transport at Nove. Would recommend
