What a terrible experience. The room was absolutely filthy when I first arrived. The walls have not been cleaned or painted for years. There was dust on every single surface I touched so I could not stop sneezing. When I had already processed that part, I went to have a shower only to realise there wasn't any hot water. I went to reception and was told to leave the water running for 15 minutes to see if it would come out hot. I literally had to wait for 20 minutes (water being wasted unfortunately) to be able to have a shower with lukewarm water, it wasn't even hot. This was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. It is better to stay in Mestre and get to Venice by bus in 10 minutes than booking a cheap and filthy hotel in the island itself like this one.

Hotel in a great location but the rooms are damp, the facilities outdated.

The location of the hotel is very close to Rinalto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The breakfast is simple and fixed. The most unacceptable thing is that the shower conditions are extremely poor, there is almost no space, and the shared space with the toilet is extremely narrow, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. I also encountered a neighbor who might be in a bad state of mind and hit the sunshade on the window of the hotel with a stone 5-6 times, complaining that the sound of the mobile phone in the room disturbed her, and it happened before ten o'clock in the evening.

Fabulous little hotel. Clean and Quiet in the middle of Venice Close to All the shops and Attractions. Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast was perfect with croissant rolls jam and lots of coffee !!

This is exactly what I would expect from a 2* hotel. It was clean and basic. Breakfast wasn’t quite as they put in the brochure - the croissant was excellent but the coffee and orange juice weren’t that nice. The people behind the reception desk were very helpful, telling us about Venice and sorting out the air-conditioning.
