Useless accommodation. DO NOT book this place. They cancel last minute and leave you high and dry even if you paid the accommodation in full, all they say they can do is refund the money. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I do NOT recommend this at all.

Terrible experience. Desserted warehouse entrance. Bad wi-fi connection and because only remote keys, you couldn't get out. Dirty room with broken window. Portable air-condition where the window had to be left open to let the hose through!! Therefore allowing hoards of mosquitos to enter. Window overlooked a dump! Worse experience ever!!!

Travelling around Europe for a month with my wife and two sons 8&12 years old from Scotland. Budget was a key driver, as well as locality to the train station. Bit of a strange arrival coming into a big dark hall way but quickly appreciated that this is quite normal in many properties in Venice. Room was traditional but had effective air con, was very clean and was functional (and very large). Bathroom was in excellent condition; other reviews talk of rooms using a shared bathroom. This is the case for at least some of the other rooms but ours was en-suite. I found the online check in a bit strange but worked very well and know that more places that don’t have a reception are doing this similarly. it does mean you need to upload your families passports and photos of them with their passports which is a bit of a faff, but didn’t take away from our stay. Location was excellent - canal boat service straight outside the front door and only a 5-7 min walk from the train station . We managed to get in slightly early (through messaging the administrators on ***********) so dropped our bags before seeing the city. This is not plush accommodation but we have a rule of as long as we feel safe, the air con is effective and it is clean we’re happy. This accommodation did all of this as well as being spacious and in an excellent location
