There are stairs to go up to the hotel, but the friendly staff will help you with your luggage. The location is good, only few minutes walk from the station to the hotel. All the shops and restaurants are around.

The entrance has stairs leading to the lobby on the first floor and no lift. So you will need to carry your luggage up. The corridor also has some steps.
Room is okay. Location is very good as it is close to the train station and you can reach the hotel without any steps or bridge.

I was allocated to another hotel with the same hotel name, I thought the hotel has tower I and tower II, anyway, my room was quiet as it was faced the inner house which was fine for me. The only issue was it took almost 4 to 5 mins to have hot water when taken shower which was no good, specially on March still at the cold weather.

Fantastic location - only 7 minutes walk from the Bus Station, 5 minutes from the train station & water bus less than 5 minutes walk.
Staff were very friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast & was more than adequate.
Only a leisurely 25 minutes walk to St Marks Square & 15 minutes walk to the rialto bridge.
Loads of lovely cafes & restaurants nearby.
Very cheap considering other hotel options so definitely worth it & wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I every visit Venice again 👌

The location of hotel was very comfortable to the train station, at the reception were very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast wasn’t so good . Limited choice if I knew I could avoid the breakfast. There was only scrambled eggs and sliced ham, salami and cheese. From the sweets were croissants empty and with marmalade, small piacesse of cake which was divided in two places, some yogurt and mixed fruit salad that’s it. There was mosquito in our room. I recommend only for one night.

Hotel is very close to train station and very easy to find. However it is old and questionable clean. There is no screen in the window and mosquitoes can come in. When you shut the window, it was too hot and without ventilation. They stop the air conditioning in October. Really it was the mosquitoes disturb my sleep for 2 nights. Good there is a small hotel lobby you can charge your phone even after check out and waiting the the night train. Venice is expensive. What you pay is what you get.

I arrived at night and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good not far from the train station. However, I need to open the window to clear the musty smell.
