Leonardo Royal Hotel Venice Mestre

The hotel is near the train station, with many dining options around. The 'Mo Yu Mian' noodle place downstairs is delicious – it's actually next door to the hotel, not part of it. This is a modern-style hotel. The photos I've shared aren't of the hotel's dining, but rather of a fantastic restaurant right next to the hotel. Their food is great and affordable. I think the hotel's price is justified because you can easily find a wonderful restaurant for dinner just by stepping downstairs in the evening. I think that's a real plus.

It's close to Mestre Station, and right where the ATVO airport bus drops you off, which made getting to and from the airport super convenient.

The hotel is very close to the train and bus stations. The room is a bit smaller than the Leonardo in London. Drinking water was only provided on the first day, but everything else was great, and they even provided a QR code for island access.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from the train station. It's a 4-star chain hotel, and they kindly allowed us a free early check-in and an extra hour for late check-out, which perfectly suited our arrival in the morning and our train departure the following afternoon. The breakfast buffet was good, and the environment was pleasant. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's also very convenient to take the train to Venice.

I was looking for a hotel around Mestre because it's more cost-effective than staying on the main island of Venice, and I'm so glad I did! They let me check in early even though I arrived in the morning, which was a huge help. The room was clean and the amenities were more than sufficient.

Highly recommend! It's within walking distance to Mestre train station. I was initially worried about the area around the station being unsafe, but it was completely different from what I expected; the hotel's surroundings are very clean and quiet. It was super convenient to get to the main island every day. Plus, the welcome drink in the lobby was delicious!

The hotel facilities are very new, and you need to use your card to access the elevators, which makes it feel very secure. The room amenities are exquisite and of high quality. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both bus stops and the train station. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast was decent, but there's room for improvement.
