I have been trying to rebook this hotel also since Covid lock down. We booked through ********** received a voucher to rebook at the same hotel which we have been trying to do since boarders opened. I have spent many hours emailing and on the phone to Hotel.com and trying to contact the hotel direct with no response. ********** website stated for months that Locanda de la Spade is temporarily closed so how can you book a room if it’s closed. Very disappointing experience. This holiday planned was a once in life time holiday which we had saved for many years. We are going to Venice in July hopefully we can go to the hotel personally and ask for an explanation for the owner.
