Very near to Venice Mestre Station. Overall good stay. The sliding door for the bathroom fell down when we use it. But they fixed it for us upon request.

Fantastic hotel. Opposite the train station, just 1 stop to venice island. Very clean with modern design. Love the bathroom complimentary minibar items, including chips and chocolates, very thoughtful. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.

The family room, despite having two beds, offered no real sense of privacy. Situated on a lower floor (M level), the view from the window was quite uninspiring. The surrounding area felt a bit chaotic, likely due to its proximity to the train station. While the breakfast selection was limited, other aspects were acceptable. In hindsight, we should have chosen a hotel on Venice's main island; booking this one was a definite mistake.
