Good hotel - very easy to move around, nice places around to eat, no private parking but has easy access to public parking very near the hotel.

Lovely family hotel on the beautiful lido di Venezia . We stayed in room 12 on ground floor next to reception. This meant room was noisy when other guests were arriving/leaving. Air conditioning in room, which was clean and well maintained. Double bed with adequate storage & large en-suite. Breakfast was continental style served in breakfast dining area. No evening meals. Small bar serving wine, bottled beers and soft drinks. Complimentary iced water was also available. Beach was 5 minutes walk across the road, where ample beds were available to book. Several bars and restaurants nearby. 30 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus to Santa Maria Elisabetta ferry terminal.

One of the best hotel on Lido. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is great.

The location was great, with beach right across the street and public beaches just a short walk. Public transportation was easy, and theres a fabulous localmarket just around the corner. Perfect family location, with a wonderful breakfast.

We had a fantastic time, the hotel was lovely & the staff amazing and helpful.
I slipped in the shower though which has left me in a lot of pain. I recommend a sign for warning to warm people. Once 4 people shower, the bathroom becomes incredibly slippery.

This is a family run, boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly, and everything is super clean. I find this place has a real Fawlty Towers type of vibe to it. I struggle to give it 3/5, as it is likely closer to 2.5/5. Rooms are bare bones, and very dated, in need of significant refurbishment and furniture replacement. No coffee/tea in the rooms, and no security latches on the doors. Breakfast was adequate, though I preferred buying breakfast somewhere else. It's not in a very busy area of the island, a good 15-20 min walk from the main restaurant area with nothing around the hotel. Windows don't have any screens, so we had mosquitos in the rooms at night which was pretty annoying. However, one of the best things about this place is how they cater to families. They have rooms with bunk beds, which is amazing. Compared to Venice, Lido is chill.

The hotel is very old and dirty. The room we were offered was in the basement which is very wet. The wooden floor was already unsticked from the ground. When we walk on it, we feel like that we were walking on the water (quite “nature” as Venice is full of water😉). Breakfast was not good, but okay.
In the website of the hotel, it clime that it has free parking. But actually the guests like us have to find a free place in a public street which was very risky.
