Perfection by the sea There is nothing better than waking up to a beautiful ocean view and the sound of the sea to create the perfect vacation. The "C" house offers exactly that!! This fantastic home has spectacular unobstructed views and is right on the sand great for sunbathing or sunset stroll. The fire pit(s) is a great way to spend the evening after the sun goes down. Everything you need is provided. The house manager is hands down the most attentive, informative, and accommodating manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is available to help at any moment and is a delight to work with! We had a magical experience and can't wait to rent the "C" house in the future!!

This place is Amazing Great Views, Great Location, Amazing house. The Owner maintains constant communication via text messages and availble to help 24/7. The beds were great. This place is an amazing location and setup for family get togethers or romantic get aways. 5* through out the whole trip.

Don’t rent from this person I’ve never ever had a worse rental experience! All you need to know about this property is that it could be nice, but it’s not very clean and the host is the most unreasonable person I’ve ever dealt with in a rental situation. After bringing up my concerns after being there 10 minutes, she called and within minutes told me she “didn’t like my tone” when she was the one who raised her voice and then said, “I’d like you to leave” which I was glad to at that point. I’m sure she has some story about how I was ungrateful and unreasonable, but I just feel bad for the owner of this property because this woman has no business being in property management.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway – Already Planning Our Return! We had the most incredible stay at "Chateau by the C" to celebrate my birthday this past week. This picturesque oceanfront beach house exceeded all expectations. The large windows offered breathtaking views, and the home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of seating both inside and out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there's nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of ocean waves. The house came fully equipped with everything we could have needed, from board games to beach chairs and toys, kitchen appliances, deck furniture, and even a fire pit. We felt like the house had everything we needed for a laid-back beach vacation. Plus, it’s just a short walk to some great restaurants, which made it easy to enjoy the local scene without having to drive. Communication with the property manager was smooth and seamless. She was always available and even checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which added a personal and comforting touch. Overall, we loved every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to our next trip back. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
