Hice una reservación la cual no me respetaron , llegue 3:30 y me dijeron q según la habían cancelado y vendido , la ves pasada igual reserve y me llamaron para decirme q quería q les hiciera el pago el cual lo hice está ve no se tomaron la molestia de llámarme y simplemente me cancelaron la reservación ,pago q yo hice por pedido d T/c,su si solución fue mandarme a otro hotel el cual me dieron una hab con cama matrimonial cuando yo había reservado una king,no los preguntaron q si la quería o no simplemente me dijeron q esa había

No cuenta con wi fi y por ello se complica la estancia, además que no brindan ninguna solución respecto a mejorar. Cobran el estacionamiento de manera particular… no es parte de sus amenidades. :(

El internet muy inestable
falta de atención a los detalles de servicio de dotación de toallas, jabón, cobijas sin estar buscando que lo surtan.
Servicio de canales por cable limitado muchos de la guía de canales no se pueden ver. Aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. No pase buena noche no había cobija dormí sin ventilador pero el colchón estaba duro
