Excelente ubicación, a pasos de una magnífica playa de Veracruz, Colón, tranquila sin turismo, aguas quietas para nadar agusto. El Hotel es un clásico, si le falta mantenimiento y sus instalaciones son viejas pero tiene lo necesario para que disfrutes de esa parte de la playa y tengas donde dormir bien y asearte. Su personal lo hace sentir un hotel seguro también.

When I arrived there were no rooms available, the receptionist had a malicious attitude, it is a hotel that shows one thing on networks and when I arrived it is a very different one with dirty and poorly organized areas, when I was going to leave, as if by magic a room appeared, When I went to see it, it was in worse condition than anything I had seen. At the entrance there was a leak of water that filled the entire hallway, having to walk through the water and to get in I had to move two mattresses that were in the middle of the room. the door, when I was able to open the door the interior was in terrible condition in the end we had to leave, very upset I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and the rental platforms should be more aware of this since they are offering us something that not even they know how This is the quality, I made this reservation through TRIVAGO which directed me to *******. GREAT PLACE, GREAT CONDITIONS *TRIBAGO AND ******* I SUGGEST YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF THE HOTELS SINCE I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A ROOM AND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING ON THEIR PLATFORMS *

No respetan las reservaciones por *******, te dan la habitacion que quieren y te niegan alargar estancia.. dicen que ya avisaron a ******* que no tienen habitaciones y siguen vendiendo y que ellos no se hacen responsables de tus reservas a traves de dicha plataforma. Muy mala actitud y trato de una (señora mayor) recepcionista durante el check in, nada amable, muy grosera y prepotente.
La ubicacion del hotel es buena y el acceso a los servicios cercanos es bueno. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitacion bien, solo el baño muy deteriorado, sin tapete y la puerta de la regadera rota, falta limpieza y amenidades. No tiene alberca. Si tiene estacionamiento.
La estructura en general sin mantenimiento.
Si lo que buscas es solo ir a dormir esta bien, si quieres mas comodidad no lo recomiendo.

La habitación esta muy deteriorada, las puertas en mal estado, así como los muebles, los colchones desgastados y duros, las almohadas por igual. el ventilador trabajaba a medias, el servicio de limpieza lo fueron a hacer ya hasta por la tarde cuando ya estábamos en la habitación. No había contactos suficientes (únicamente 2)
Lo que me agrado fue que pude dejar mi auto a la puerta de la habitación
