Excellent location - we were here for 2 nights and unfortunately, we had to forfeit one night because of an emergency - so ultimately we had to cram our Vernazza stay and activities in just one night. The hotel was clean - steps to apartment were narrow so don't bring large heavy bags. With windows shut you cannot hear any street noise so it was a good room overall

Locating the unit was very difficult as it appears that the information on Hotel.com has not been updated in several years. The address reads as Via Carattino,5 and states the front desk is open 2-5PM and that staff will greet guests on arrival. #5 Via Carattino is actually a business that has been closed for 2 years and no one greeted us. We did receive vague directions that, once you knew the correct address, made sense but not before. It would have helped had the owner given us an actual address, not landmarks. We finally located our place after a local man helped us by calling the owner. Also, the unit was advertised as a Bed and Breakfast and that the breakfast was served at a nearby bar. There was no breakfast. That said, once we settled in, we enjoyed our stay and the small balcony, where we could watch the world go by.

Ottima posizione vicina alla stazione e in pieno centro quindi con i suoi pro e suoi contro (rumorosità causata dai treni e i dai passanti) -Letto comodo -Prezzo alto per la camera in sé, ma in linea con la location Trovo invece inappropriato il tono e il modo maleducato che lo staff ha utilizzato per rispondere alla nostra valutazione su booking (7) scrivendo tra l'altro cose non vere come il check-out fatto oltre l'orario limite. Questo purtroppo ci ha lasciato un brutto ricordo della vacanza.

Abbiamo trascorso tre gg in questa camera con il mio ragazzo situata all'inizio del l'incantevole Vernazza. Pulita confortevole silenziosa con una bella doccia ampia. Punto xfetto x qualsiasi spostamento. Ampio balcone sul paese. Abbiamo avuto problemi col phon prontamente sostituito. In questo paese ti senti a casa abbiamo trovato cortesia e tanta voglia di far bene. La consiglio vivamente
