I enjoyednmy visit very much. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. However, I was sent clear instructions of how to enter the hotel. Everything was very releaxed but felt very trusting. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located.

We stayed for three nights, never the room was cleaned and towels replaced, the shutters on the only window with balcony was stuck so we couldn't open the window and balcony and had to switch the lights on even during daytime. Water dispenser never had water,empty water bottles laying around.

Good property walking distance from the city center walks.
Clean and even with the shared bathrooms seemed private.
Easy self check in.
The hall way was a little narrow and cluttered.
The windows are facing another building.
Worst thing is that the cleaning is done at 9:00AM and if you are on vacation be prepared for what sounds like a construction site.
I know check out is at 10:00, I got a much needed check out extension at 11:00 but this was ridiculous. You can not sleep. My suggestion is to move your cleaning to 11:00 and check out 12:00. This way tenants staying in your apartments get a good mornings sleep. If you go to the opera at the Arena di Verona it lets out at around 1:00am….

The hotel was half the price of a lot of the other hotels I seen in the area. It is not far walking distance from the train station. The room was basic but good especially for the price the location is very good in the centre of Verona. Staff was very nice and polite, shared bathroom was very clean and barely used I was a bit unsure what to expect with the price and stuff but if you’re considering using his hotel I don’t think you will be disappointed

We arrived at this structure, when we opened the door we were sick, the room was very small, without bedside tables and without any clothes hangers, with only a kind of scuffed desk where you can place jackets, bags and everything you need because there is no it is no other support. In the room there is a TV but with the remote control not working, the pillows so low that you would first sleep on the mattress .. Let's move on to the most critical part, THE SHARED BATHROOMS: we knew from the beginning that we would have shared bathrooms, but not of the fact that they would have been devoid of everything from soap to shampoo, especially without hot water, in one of the bathrooms a shower door was replaced with a curtain glued with scotch tape, while in the other the sink is perpetually secured, where everything remains in beautiful view 🤮 ZERO cleaning both inside the bathrooms (almost equal to public toilets) and inside the rooms, ... in the bathroom baskets for the beautiful view of all sanitary towels and other various rubbish .. Staff absent completely .. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it to anyone, beware of the photos that are put on the site, where you can see beautiful rooms all arranged, then when you arrive you find holes full of dust.

Prenotato con eDreams questa struttura pagato anticipatamente e recandomi in struttura non mi apre nessuno, pur svariate chiamate nessuno si degna di rispondere...e mai dico mai sono stato ricontattato!!! Oggi mi viene detto che si doveva contattare la struttura qualche giorno prima ma a quale numero visto che nessuno si degna a rispondere,?poca serietà.... ho sempre viaggiato e di solito la struttura qualche giorno prima da indicazioni sul soggiorno e sul da farsi. Mi dispiace ma non funziona così

Boa localização e quarto confortável! Tive um atendimento ruim para entrar no imóvel na primeira vez, fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando na frente e ligando sem ninguém atender. Um vizinho que me ajudou ligando para o responsável. Depois desse episódio foi que recebi senha da porta do prédio e também cópia das chaves.
