The bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch.
BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.

This is not a hotel and the location is terrible. It is a very sketchy area of the city. We did not feel safe. But more importantly this is not a hotel. This is at best an Airbnb. We called the hotel 30minutes prior our arrival to ask for car parking assistance. No one answered the phone. When we arrived the doors were locked and we started to knock on the door. Finally there was someone and she said she’s a volunteer and she’s not at the property most of the time. There is no other staff. No bellboy, no security. She said she will give us a key and we will have to lock the property as we go in and out. We left the property and booked another hotel on the spot. It was super stressful as the whole city was packed because of the opera festival. This was a nightmare. I recommend to avoid this place at all cost.

Это было просто потрясающе! Очень гостеприимные владельцы. Приехали раньше заселения, оставили вещи и привели себя в порядок и зарегистрировались. Все новое, в идеальном состоянии, потрясающий номер со всеми удобствами, классная кухня. Мама влюбилась в их сад. Очень уютно и продуманно до мелочей! Когда я вернусь в Верону, остановлюсь опять в этом потрясающем месте!

Everything was great. Highly recommend. This not a classic B&B as no in-house breakfast is offered but rather a nearby cafe with discounted breakfast option. Verona's old town is a tourist zoo (...for both good and silly reasons) but it does have charming back streets to decompress. We felt lucky to be able to spend the hottest part of a heat wave in our lovely central air conditioned room and then experience the coliseum for a very special late evening event. We also happened to be there during an organ music festival. So I'd say it's well worth to research the cultural events during your stay. That Romeo & Juliet balcony is not one of them.

What a brilliant concept and creation ! In addition to great comfort, every detail is calm and thought provoking. Coffee in the garden is the ultimate soul-cleanse.
And then there's volunteer host Niki. Niki is the human touch to the architecture. Insightful, knowledgable, anxious to connect... she makes every task easy.
