Neoteric Resort Hotel Reviews

We arrived at the property around 3 PM, only to be told that our booking hadn’t been received. After about 1.5 hours of back-and-forth, thankfully the Trip.com agents stepped in and helped resolve the issue. Eventually, we were given our room. We only saw the staff member who let us in on the first day; for the remaining two days, there was no sign of anyone around. Although breakfast was mentioned in the listing, it was neither served nor was drinking water provided. The only toiletry given was a used bar of soap, which was quite disappointing. That said, the best part of the stay was definitely the view! We were lucky to witness both beautiful sunrises and sunsets, which made the location feel truly special despite the hiccups in service.

This is not a hotel with reception or restaurant!! BUT it is surprisingly good! It is a 7 bed villa with a Chinese lady Eva living there ! She is very helpful and cooked us breakfast each morning, myself and my friend just had 1 room but it had a small kitchen in ,so we could cook lunch etc ! The linnen was exceptional and towels crisp white ! The pool was kept clean and the beach was 2 mins walk away ! There was however a lot of security getting on to the island ,but I think it’s safe ! Beautiful villas all around but you do need transport: even though lovely Eva took us to the supermarket and dropped us back to the airport ! Unfortunately her English wasn’t great , but she did try ! I would go back there again and would highly recommend it for big families!

I came to Fiji for the APEC championship in Sparta. It was my first time in Oceania, and it was an island, so I was more cautious when choosing a hotel. I read the reviews saying that the Chinese sister was very nice, and it was a villa-style B&B hotel, so I decisively placed an order! The accommodation is in a high-end villa area with a great view. There is the sea in front of the door and the bay in the backyard. It is a place with very good natural scenery on the main island! Because it was off-season, I was the only one staying that day. The sister was very kind and changed me to a big bed room with a swimming pool as soon as the door opened. Thumbs up to the sister! In addition, the sister is really a superb cook! After competing for two consecutive days, I was tired, so the sister directly arranged a big meal for me, grouper, sea cucumber soup, lamb chops, chicken, various high-quality proteins and carbon water, and every meal was very full! The good results of this competition are inseparable from the sister's logistical support! Five stars! I originally wanted to take half a day off to play alone, but I didn't expect that my sister could also arrange this. In the end, I couldn't arrange it due to time issues, which left me with some small regrets. However, regrets will lead to the next meeting! Next time I come to Fiji, I will come to see my sister again! The arrangements are clear! Absolutely awesome!

The hotel is very close to the airport. The scenery is nice, there is a small pier and the beach is opposite. There is a car to pick you up. The sanitary facilities are good. The private meals are very good. The owner is enthusiastic.

The hotel does not correspond to the description in any way or at all. I find it completely incomprehensible how the hotel gets a positive rating and is advertised like this on a reputable portal.

It feels like home. The biggest gain is getting to know the boss, a very enthusiastic sister.

Very good. Much better than expected, better than I could have imagined.
