The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the panoramic view of the Carnival parade from the rooftop.

Hotel was perfectly situated along the sea front, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room with a great choice of food Fantastic roof terrace About a 10-15 minute walk to the train station for trips to Pisa and Lucca Train fares great value for money AND the sun shone every day…..perfecto! Grazie

Fantastic hotel the staff friendly and helpfull. The room was a bit small but a new bathroom and spotless. The best breakfast so much choice and the staff could not do enough for you. Will be going back. When we were leaving we asked if they would store our luggage they said yes and this was our home untill we left.

We stayed in this hotel for our first time in Viareggio Italy. The location was conveniently located across from the boardwalk; the room was perfectly appointed; and we totally enjoyed the sunset from the Blu Bar on the roof of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, but especially the concierge, Julian, at reception, always had a smile, helped us up the front steps with our luggage, and gave us directions. He made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is fortunate to have him on their staff.

Absolutely love this place. The people have to be the friendliest people in all of Italy. We were running around the coast and a bit of Tuscany for a month and yes, the staff were the best in the country. Clean, comfortable and the breakfast setup was second to none. If in the area, highly recommend staying at the Palace Hotel!

Very nice hotel. Great location. Walkable from train station. Breakfast was amazing and very hospitable. We stayed in premium room, ocean facing with gallery and view was amazing. Weather was comfortable to walk on the beach and shopping area along the beach is very nice!

Thank you Francesca. This hotel is amazing. The staff and service is impeccable at reception, the rooftop bar and breakfast. Honestly just an amazing hotel experience and Viareggio is so fun. So sad when we had to leave. Fanatiko live music, the beach and beach bar, the Thursday market on the main Street. Wow. Thank you again - see you soon. Amanda and Shawn July 7,8,9

Excellent service, (they went out of their way to find a wine I liked and gave me names of stores where it could be purchased). The hotel is smaller and charming with a great breakfast. The highlight of our trip there was the piano player in the bar...he was amazing!
