Good little family hotel a few steps from the promenade. Clean, comfortable and with a very good breakfast selection. Our bed was comfortable and the room ( with balcony ) spacious and quiet. My only reservation was that, like most hotels, there was lot enough shelving in the bathroom, or maybe it's because I need a lot of toiletries !! The staff were without exception cheerful and helpful. Recommended.

the hotel is nicely situatated close to the beach and the people friendly and helpful. The climate in the room was good and we had a nice balcony with a view of the ocean.
The only thing I could have wished for was some vegetables for breakfast and maybe some youghurt that was not sweet. Small things.

Una notte a Viareggio in famiglia 2 adulti e due baby 4anni e 4 mesi. Hotel vicino la passeggiata. Camera molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Ascensore per andare ai piani. Colazione molto ampia e cortesia del personale molto gradevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e sicuramente ci torneremo quando andremo nuovamente da quelle parti.

Piccolo hotel a 50 metri dal mare gestito con cura e serietà. I proprietari cortesi e discreti. Le ragazze del personale di sala gentilissime e disponibili. Colazione con scelta dolce molto varia. Bevande calde servite al tavolo. Cena con piccolo antipasto, scelta fra tre primo e tre secondi e dolce finale. Abbiamo trovato la cucina molto curata. La nostra era una camera economy fresca e silenziosa e sempre perfettamente pulita. Valore aggiunto l'offerta della spiaggia convenzionata, dove è possibile pranzare. L'hotel fornisce i teli mare. Abbiamo davvero trovato una gestione senza pecche.

La differenza, come sempre, la fanno le persone ed al Playa, Andrea e Marco fanno tutta la differenza del mondo! Una gentilezza ed una disponibilità veramente fuori dall'ordinario. Sembra banale dire "ci si sente come a casa" ma in questo caso descrive bene come i proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire. Ma tutto il personale è all'altezza: da Maurizio che ci accoglieva la sera alle signore delle pulizie che hanno sempre fatto un lavoro straordinario lasciando la nostra stanza sempre impeccabile e pulitissima. Pulizia che si riscontra, peraltro, in tutta la struttura. Si nota davvero la voglia di fare le cose bene: dalla manutenzione, alla colazione sempre ricca e varia, una cucina paragonabile a quella di un ristorante. Ogni cosa è andata come si vorrebbe da turisti che si godono due settimane di ferie. L'unico problema? Dover tornare a casa.

Ho prenotato per 10 giorni per mia figlia di 17 anni insieme a mia madre, e la sua cagnolina di piccola taglia. Si sono trovate molto bene: albergo piccolo a gestione familiare, molto pulito, curato nei dettagli, cucina ottima ma soprattutto personale cordiale e a detta di mia madre "ci sentiamo proprio come a casa" che di questi tempi non è così scontato! Che dire: sicuramente torneremo. Grazie di tutto

Hotel in se non è brutto, il servizio in struttura non è top, ma accettabile, il problema è stato il servizio a fine alloggio; ho dimenticato in struttura gli occhiali, loro gentilmente me li hanno rispediti, il problema è che non sono riusciti a trascrivere un indirizzo da una mail, inoltre, nonostante i solleciti non mi hanno dato un numero di spedizione, morale della favola non ho più gli occhiali perché loro hanno ignorato il corriere finché non gli ha chiesto i soldi, che tra l'altro hanno superato i 200 euro

Gentilissimi tutti! Quando mi sono presentata a loro chiedendo se fosse disponibile una camera, me ne hanno assegnata una immediatamente, con molta cortesia. Tutto bellissimo, pulito, tranquillo. Ottima colazione. Se tornerò a Viareggio, sicuramente prenoterò ancora in questa struttura.
