The location and room quality were good overall. Another positive aspect of the room was the complimentary minibar, which was a thoughtful addition and added extra convenience to the stay, Unfortunately there was no hot water despite reporting the issue. Additionally, the air-conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which disturbed my sleep.

Very strategic location, just 10 mins walk to UK. Easier to navigate aroundif you need to get out of the hotel for a while and relax.

Big room and clean. Great for business travellers. Highly recommend.

Walkable to any shops in Labuan. Limited parking space though. Good for business trips. No swimming pool.

distrupted by cockroach while sleeping at the middle of the night. Hv feedback to the reception upon checking out. Disappointed with counter response that they will do the pest control.

Stayed at Hotel Aifa Labuan and overall it was a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, within walking distance to duty-free shops. The room was comfortable and the staff were okay and helpful. Good option if you’re looking for a well-located hotel.

It was bit different compared to my first time stayed here 6 years ago. But it was nice stay. Everything is near.
