Micasa Hotel Labuan

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling — a nice way to start the day without feeling overwhelmed. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would return to.

I stayed for total 5 nights in this hotel before moving out from Labuan for good. The location is strategic, near to many eateries and supermarket just a short distance away. The room is clean, the facilities is standard but accomodating. Frequent travelers, O&G peeps often stay here. Will definitely looking forward to stay in this hotel one day if I ever come back to Labuan.

Worth price, the location is very strategic and very easy to get foods and no problem to go anywhere.

Average quality. Room needs to be refurbished. Mouldy ceilings.

The room was sizeable and came with a proper table for work. Toilet door unable to close. Shower head leaking. Bottled water was provided daily. The dust from aircon unit got onto the bed though it can clean away. No elevator though room is at level 2 for my case.
