I cannot recommend this lodge enough. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, the dining area perfectly set in the garden and the standard rooms are gorgeous, plus the pools, but the service is incredible. The staff are all so friendly. We had a few hiccups to our travel plans that were no fault of batonkas, but they bent over backwards to help us and make us feel supported while we dealt with our home embassy for help. They truly care about your experience and go above and beyond, each and every one of them.

Family vacation. Very nice Lodge, big rooms, big bathrooms….(mirror to high but ok)….lot of services included, free water in the rooms, tv with many channels, good food, ( butter frozen but ok), swimming pool, very friendly people, clean and detailed place. Close to Victoria Falls. Thank you. I will recommend it!

A small and fine Guest house. Two pools, good drinks, fine food. Really friendly employees. Worth a visit. No spa, if you need a massage, they call them for you. Double bed, big enough for us. Huge bathroom with shower and tub. Breakfast is really tasty Vic falls only 5 minutes away, by taxi

Excellent hotel nicely located in a quiet place next to Victoria Falls. Excellent service and good food. Rooms are spacious and nice, very large Nath room. 2 nice swimming pools in a nice garden. We highly recommend.

Very nice location. The staff was very friendly, supportive and proactive. The housekeeping was excellent. The cleanness of the pool can be improved (to many leaves). The food and the drinks was very good. The staff was flexible in case of changes. Overall, a nice location. not far away from downtown Vic Falls.

Loved Batonka. Service was excellent, rooms excellent, food was great There is nothing you could say bad about this sweet lodge. Loved how they made you feel so welcome. Grounds were impeccable Front desk staff were always there to take care of any questions you had

Our room was large and well appointed. The bathroom was also large and clean. The inviting lodge, like many in this part of Africa is open to the outdoors and a large, covered veranda is available for relaxation and meals. We only had breakfast at the lodge, and it was very nice.

This place is magnificent. Not cheap but worth every penny. The staff are all very friendly and most helpful, as is the management. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It's a couple of km from the Falls National Park (and lookout), but an easy walk. A taxi is a reasonable US$7 each way.

The staff are the nicest I have ever met. They would stop doing what they were doing and talk with us. They helped us make reservations to see all the sites in Victoria Falls. The food is amazing. The wine and beer was refreshing and delicious! The water is clean - you can drink it, but there is also filtered watered available. This hotel is a 3-5 minute drive to the national park/ Victoria Falls. The rooms are clean. You sleep under mosquito netting. There is a pool that is clean and refreshing at the end of the day. Definitely a 5-star hotel with a budget price. They prefer US dollars or South African Rand. Almost all stores and restaurants also take credit cards.
