Great property with pool, restaurant, close to downtown. Easy parking, friendly staff. Also could bring pet. We enjoyed our stay!

easy checkin service and freinndly staff. Did like not having cable for one nigth and morning due to a power outage and they cable service not being able to be reset quickly.

Most everything was fine, nothing to complain about. However, the room I was given on the 4th floor smelled like it was either very recently smoked in, or that it was at one time a smoking room. This was noticed immediately, and i never got used to it. Likely the heater/air-conditioner filters simply needed changing. I think that's what was pushing the smell out. Otherwise, staff, room, facilities were great :)

The staff were very kind and accommodating, even upgrading my room for free! As an international traveler, it felt luxurious, and the room was so beautifully kept.

Room was good and clean. Ice and vending all take your $ with no product and no staff to assist. No dining or grocery/convenience stores close so it’s a bit of an annoyance , especially when there with kids.

The property is not well maintained. Tubs and tiles are moldy, the doors have no weather*****ping and from the hallway you can see the light. They fail to mention that their restaurant is closed and just sitting there and there is not much in the vicinity.

No Denny’s open on site like it was advertised, the shower in my room had pink calcium build up all around the bottom of it, front desk was so rude to myself & my friends who checked in, I hadn’t even checked in before the front desk man immediately said there is a quiet time & accused us of having a party when we only booked this hotel as a place to sleep & we all had plans to leave. Every man that was working had a disgusting attitude, the two women who checked me out were the only good experience I had with this hotel.

Ive stayed at this hotel before when I'm in Victoria mainly for first aid courses down the road and it's always been fine. They must have done some renos or maybe i just scored a nicer room this time but i was very pleasantly surprised with my room. Clean and more modern than i remember. It's a great option for something a little more cost efficient and close to whatever you might need. Ive never had a bad experience staying here.
