I like that it was clean staff was nice and i did not like that the shower did not have a liner water got out.

Good breakfast w/ lots of dairy free options. Responsive staff. Good hot showers. Be aware of your surroundings in the general area after dark, but the hotel itself is very safe and clean. Would book again.

This hotel is basically nice but it definitely needs updating and a thorough cleaning inside and out. The area isn’t the best so I’m sure that is part of the outside experience. The inside, the sofa was in need of new cushions and was filthy. The hallway needed mopping. And while very nice that they had a “social hour” it was steamed hot dogs, chili and a bun. No drinks, no music….just a big empty room with hot dogs

My family and I enjoyed the suites room they have. Nice clean and comfortable. The pool was open and not too deep for the kids . Will definitely stay again.

There fir work and found it’s surroundings to be safe and full of restaurants:) WalMart walking distance made it super convenient!

The towels were tiny and only 2 were stocked to the room, and when we asked for extras we were inform there was no housekeeping available so we had to go to lobby to get towels. Also the check out experience was weird. I told the guy I wanted to check out and he says sure, drop your keys in the bucket. When I said to him don’t you want my last name and room number? She said oh I have a list of people checking out today. I said, but don’t you need my name and room number so you can check me off your list? She didn’t seem to care.

Things in room were broken and dirty, people yelling outside at all hours of the night, homeless hanging around on benches outside, elevator was broken

I chose this place to stay for me and my friends coming out there for our friends birthday party in Victorville and everybody was pleased about the hotel accommodations thank Hawthorne Suites
