B&B Hotel Wien-St-Marx

Very affordable, directly across the street from a tram station that takes you to Interstadt. Staff was friendly, check in and check out process was very easy.

I stayed at the B&B HOTEL Wien-St. Marx for one night, and it’s a solid choice for a short stay. It’s a new hotel, so everything felt fresh and clean. The room wasn’t a bad size at all, with everything you need – though, once again, no coffee machine. The shower was excellent, with high water pressure, which is always a win in my book. The location is really convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the tram or underground. I took the tram from the airport for only 4.5 euros, and it was super easy to use. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was freshly made and just what you'd expect. The surrounding area was clean, with a few small bars and takeaways nearby if you fancy a bite. My only ongoing confusion with European hotels is the single duvet thing on the bed – I’ll never understand it! Would I stay again? Absolutely.

The hotel is located a little away from the center, but still in the city. Breakfasts are not included, modest, but you can pay extra. Parking is paid. There is no refrigerator, kettle, glasses in the room. Everything is modest, but clean and new.

The hotel is located next to some very busy roads making it very noisy. It is an unsuitable location for a hotel. Instead of keycards like a normal hotel, there is a numberpad on each door requiring a six-digit code. This is set to beep loudly on every key press. Beeping is incessant day and night, making it near impossible to rest. Guests should be paid to stay at this 'hotel'.
