The hotel service is good and the room is not too small. However, the first room we checked in had a strange smell. After communicating with the front desk, we can change to the second room immediately. It takes 3 minutes to walk from the subway station to the hotel. The hotel is very close. Vienna city center attractions

The room did not had Aircondition, when the window was open, it was very noisy from the street. The booking I made through ********** and I am a gold member , asked for late check out which was not a problem
For 100 euro which I gave up knowing that it should be a benefit and charged.

No air conditioning, bathroom very small and hard to maneuver, difficult to get to the room when managing suitcases. Good location, buffet staff was great,as was the reception staff.

Good location in city center only minutes from St Stephens. Staff extremely helpful. An older hotel with courtyard but renovated and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.

Fantastically located within central Vienna, the hotel is ideal for short stays. Very clean and staff are friendly. The room is basic, however, it is was ideal for us as we only needed a convenient location and clean space to stay.
