Good location, 30 min by foot from the city center or 100m from the metro station. Managed to find a free (weekend) parking spot in front of the hotel with ыщьу help from a hotel staff member. Everyone was kind and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. The only thing it did lack was a socket near a bed. Breakfast was good and for a reasonable price,

For The location was perfect near the metro station but the staff was not professional specially the reception man who checked us in he was so rude and stupid
The rooms was not good the air condition didnt work in the first room so they gave me another room where the air condition work a little bit better but still bad
The hotel is so big and extended it contains 100 room per floor so the room number 396 needed around 5 minutes walking to reach
And many more small problems
I don’t recommend to book it

The staff was very kind and the hotel was very spacious and comfortable. I was worried about the heating being weak, but it got warmer after a while.

The hair dryer was broken and could not be used. When I turned it on, it caught fire. And a burnt smell lingered for a while.
The lights in some rooms did not work, and the water heater was broken. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The room key did not work, and sometimes I could not enter the room.
