A surprisingly pleasant stay! Although we were confused as to how our room could see The Opera House. It was noisy as we had to open the window (no air conditioning). The shower cubicle was large and decent stay for the price.
The location was perfect to get on early morning Day Trip pick up. We stayed 6 nights, comfortably. Had hoped the hotel offer a kettle in the room, or make available microwave at the lobby to warm food in late night. Thanks.

First of all, the location is really good. Although Austria has better security than other European countries, this region in particular was even better. On the day I went to Schonbulon Palace, I went down to the lower level and got scolded because I was scared because the atmosphere was so different from the one where I was staying.

I am very satisfied with the location, service, and cleanliness! This accommodation is suitable for single use and is very close to the Opera House. Early check-in was possible, so I checked in around 12 o'clock, and there was no dust on the blanket, so I was able to fall asleep without sneezing. This is a place where you can rest well enough to extend your stay for another day.

Hotel is excellently located. Walking distance to everything and two minutes to metro station. Good ambiance. Staff was friendly.
I would only ask to have TVs where we can change viewing language or at least be able to put subtitles.

Motel One is directly across from the Vienna Opera House, adjacent to the Karlplatz U-bahn station, and walkable to St.Stephens cathedral. It’s just off the Ring Road which makes it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. Great staff. Comfortable, new rooms, new decor, atrium, great breakfast (€15). We will definitely stay here again.

Reception & bar area very good but rooms, although clean and well decorated had paper cups for drinking water plus no coffer/tea facilities which I expect with a hotel of that standard

Absolutely amazing. Very continent location. The man greeting us at arrival was so kind and professional. We chose a room with a courtyard view and it was very quiet. We added the breakfast option and it was so worth the money. Excellent buffet with vegetables, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, sweet treats, coffee and juice. Upon arrival in the room, the tv turned on by itself and displayed a video of fireplace. Adorable. I would definitely come back again.
