We were looking for a hotel near the Musikverein and this hotel was within walking distance! Our room was small but cosy and clean. A fairly basic hotel which provides an overall decent stay.

A surprisingly pleasant stay! Although we were confused as to how our room could see The Opera House. It was noisy as we had to open the window (no air conditioning). The shower cubicle was large and decent stay for the price. The location was perfect to get on early morning Day Trip pick up. We stayed 6 nights, comfortably. Had hoped the hotel offer a kettle in the room, or make available microwave at the lobby to warm food in late night. Thanks.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, right next to the State Opera and St. Stephen's Cathedral. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have its own underground parking garage.

I didn't think it was all that great for the price, and the staff service wasn't great either. The biggest problem was that I booked a room that included breakfast, but they told me I had to pay for it separately!! So I didn't eat there. Because it was just a few pastries and coffee; who would pay that much for it? Anyway, will they give me a refund? I guess I need to check if I made a mistake with my booking and ask Trip.com again.

I come to Vienna every New Year's Eve. Since this hotel opened, I have stayed here every year. The main design is that this location is really convenient to the opera house and the Golden Hall. I like the breakfast more, and the price is cost-effective, but the service is really hard to describe, and it is getting worse every year. This time, I was in the room and another guest used the room card to open my room! ! ! Fortunately, I met a compatriot, so communication was convenient. I went to the front desk to ask and found out that they gave me the wrong room and gave the same room to two of us... What's more, the hotel asked me to change rooms the next day! They said that the hotel was full and they wanted to change back to the room type I originally booked. I didn't want to take advantage of you, but I really didn't want to toss because I had too much luggage. Because a similar situation happened last year, I specifically emphasized at the front desk this time that they didn't want to upgrade my room. I didn't want to change rooms in the middle of the stay! Last year was also very excessive. They asked me to check out at 11 o'clock, store my luggage, and check in after 3 pm! I flew all the way from China to watch the show, and I didn't do anything all day, so I accompanied you to change rooms? Anyway, everything should be based on their work convenience...

The location is excellent, just steps from the center. The hotel is clean, the lobby is spacious and comfortable, the metro station is very close, there is air conditioning. I recommend it if the price is right, as prices vary depending on the season. One of the downsides is that the room does not have wardrobes, a kettle, or an iron (which may be available upon request), and there is no refrigerator.

It is located next to the Opera House and the Golden Hall, within walking distance of the old town. There are also trams nearby that go directly to the Belvedere Palace. Take the No. 4 subway to Schönbrunn Palace, and the transportation is convenient. The room is simple, except for the bed, there are really no facilities, and there is no hot water kettle. , so drinking hot water will be a problem, but if you don't care, this hotel is really beautifully designed and simple.

First of all, the location is really good. Although Austria has better security than other European countries, this region in particular was even better. On the day I went to Schonbulon Palace, I went down to the lower level and got scolded because I was scared because the atmosphere was so different from the one where I was staying.
