Overall a clean and quite new hotel. However, zero service. The room we checked in, super hot after 2 hours air conditioning. Totally sweating. Requested a room change but the staff refused. We insisted and finally were able to change room which is much cooler. It was a battle. We forgot to take back our own shampoo in the first room. Two hours later, we asked staff to look into it. Again, refused to do anything about it. So either the staff took it or the next guest took it. Unbelievable..
Next morning, housekeeping just opened our door at 10 am despite we had Do Not Disturb sign at the door. No knocking. Cannot borrow iron. Said had to go to the iron room at the lobby.
Would be a much better hotel had the service significantly improved.

Most of staffs in Novotel are nice and helpful. The hotel impressed me is they print out documents for me without charge.

It was truly a pleasant stay. We enjoyed it very much! The only concern was for sofa bed. I asked to prepare it for sleep, but once we came back it wasn’t really prepared. Also we found a wet towel once we came back after sightseeing.

The worse hotel I ever stayed.
Even though the location is convenient however the front line staff not helpful and unfriendly.
We encountered the room not come well prepare. The toiletries like shampoo and shower gel or not filled up or check by the housekeeping if enough for next guest who check in the room.
When come toilet, when taking a shower, the water was leaking from inside out which caused us very inconvenient.
We need to wipe the floor after used each time.
We told the hotel staff about this issue, they did send the maintenance guy up to fix it but still the same. The water still leaked out.
Lucky we only stayed for 2 nights. But will not stay in this hotel again when we come back next time.

very nice location very convenient just 1min next to Wien central station able to go any other place . hotel is clean n new but they don’t hv other things just provided very simple things , remember bring ur shampoo n teeth brush n tooth paste. …………………😄😄😄

Best location and most convenient if travel by train. Nice view from the room. Sauna and stream are very relaxed with the best city view. Worth it! Will come back next time.
