Very good hotel. Location is very good. The staff are amazing.
The breakfast food in the restaurant is a la card. I didn't like it.
The room is very comfortable, but is lack of a working table and chair.

The building where the hotel is located has a history of more than 300 years. The furnishings in the rooms are very tasteful and the colors are well matched. The staff's service attitude is first-rate and they greet us proactively when we come in and out. When we just put our luggage away, we noticed that the hotel had already prepared a bottle of champagne for us, and there was a handwritten greeting card, which showed the hotel's considerate service to its guests. In addition, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a four-minute walk to BILA supermarket and McDonald's. There is a very good Thai restaurant Patara next to it. Although it is more expensive, it tastes good and the environment is good. Most of the attractions are near the hotel. Only Schönbrunn Palace requires a car, but we used Bolt to call a taxi and it only cost more than 20 euros. It is worth mentioning that drinks and snacks in the mini bar in the room are free.

Just returned from the wonderful Leo Grand Vienna! The lovely quirky boutique hotel right in the centre . The hotel if you walked past you wouldn’t realise what a fab place is waiting for you inside . Lovely cosy rooms with a complimentary mini bar now that’s a first in a city hotel . Comfy beds with really cool monkey lamps . Great bathroom with walk in shower and penhaligons shower and body lotions . We head breakfast there one morning which is Al la carte and delicious. Great choice of food and lovely coffee. And the location is just perfect . Right behind all the hustle and bustle of the square with the magnificent St Stephen’s cathedral which is a 1 minute walk away with a great view . All other attractions within walking distance. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and engaging and can put you on the right track for what it may be that you need to know . A great weekend hotel and a charming city .

Great location - right in the middle of everything. Staff could not me more helpful. The room was very comfortable and accessible. Price point was right in line with what we expected making it a great value. Will always stay here when in Vienna!

Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent location in the heart of Vienna. Lovely staff. Beautiful room on the upper floor with view of the cathedral. Comfortable large space with very nice amenities. We had some issues with the room, and the management was very keen to fix the problems and make sure all of our concerns were addressed. Much appreciated!

If I could give more stars I would. This boutique hotel is truly amazing. The staff is very attentive, friendly and pay attention to details. The rooms have top notch quality bedding and everything else. The rooms have a vanity table for women to put on make up and there are so many details that are perfect. Nothing was overlooked. We found a hand written note when we arrived welcoming us along with a bottle of wine. The mini bar is included. And the location is fantastic. Right in the heart of it all by St Stephen’s church.
