Nice, fairly clean and decently maintained hotel. Location is OK, about a 5 min walk to the Mekong and about a 10-15 min walk to the bustling city center. Sights aren’t too far away so fairly easy to get to the main things in town. Make sure you book a room facing inwards as the outward facing rooms are on a busy street resulting in a fairly noisy wake up.
Breakfast is good, can get crowded, nice outdoor seating area.

Amazingly vintage I love everything about the hotel. Hardwood floor , newly renovated teakwood furniture, very clean and spacious. Staff are nice. Location is ok, walking distance to night market and other eateries.

The bed is comfy, staff are really helpful and friendly and not too far from the river and lots of restaurants. Only issue is that from our room there was a club opposite which was noisy during the night. The hotel itself is quite old as well.

The location is close to the airport and close to downtown. After seeing the city in the evening, I was able to walk home for exercise.

It is close to the airport and far enough to walk around the tourist area, but the noise from traffic is very loud in rooms along the road.
