Good location and great room that has a bath. Older building. 2 things I don’t like. It’s a 4 star hotel but the gym whole good is falling apart almost everything is broken. Hotel is too lazy to fix and another offensive thing is a ************ mafia fake massage shop sharing the hotel car park where they probably get commission. So much for a conservative country it’s illegal but in Laos I guess you just need a bribe. It’s offensive because the government and hotel have given approval yet it carriers a huge prison term for foreigners doing that in the country some of there laws are like North Korea even worse then China

The most boring hotel you can find. The building is shared with some offices so it's quite crowded with many workers during the day ( who will use the same elevator) but the actual number of guests are low, so it's really quiet at night. The room and lobby are spacious but the facilities are old. Breakfast is meh, if there are not a lot of guests then you only get one or two main dishes

The room had a very good bed, it was clean.
The website describes the hotel as having a sauna. The receptionist informed us of having no sauna.
The breakfast was good.
I wish there was more information at the reception desk helping foreigners travel. For example, connecting them with bus companies, for busses going to Vang Vieng.

The accommodation is old. The staff are lovely. If you forget something, it won't go away.
There is also a massage service. I'm a girl from Vietnam.
In front of the hotel there are many restaurants with reasonable prices.
