My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre.
Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull
The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

The facilities were relatively clean, the staff were friendly and friendly, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and the food at the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing.

The property is under renovation and the present price is not commensurate to the facilities. Food is good. Other facilities like cleanliness ambiance need improvement. The facilities are not up to the mark of Taj group and needs improvement

I went here for celebrating our friends get together. We enjoyed the bar services and the food was also awesome. Mr Rajesh, Mr Shivam was great. Rajesh was great in helping us to decide the menu. Mr Sanjib was also cooperative. Overall we had a great get together.

Feels like a different and beautiful world. Great place to stay with family. Awesome choice of food and very positive environment. You can view the city from your room. The view from terrace garden part of Bayleaf restaurant is magnificent. Specially I would like to mention some name Rajesh, Shivam , ripul,Amit . Special thanks to them.

Very nice service by the staff. Accommodation is very good. Room quality is very nice and the food services is quick. All the staff are very humble special thanks to Rajesh And Amit for the service. The ambience is very nice lounge and bar service is superb.

We recommend to pay attention to the towels , bed sheets which were not good and require replacement. In spite of repeated requests similar kind of towels were supplied. Breakfast was good, the service was excellent. Overall experience was satisfactory however requires improvement.
