I booked a four-night stay about a month before my trip. However, due to the exceptional circumstances in the region and the conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, many international flights were cancelled, making it impossible for us to travel. I contacted the hotel several times more than two weeks before the check-in date to request a refund, but unfortunately the request was refused without consideration of these force majeure circumstances. It is worth noting that many hotels in Portugal and Spain showed flexibility and understanding under these exceptional circumstances, while unfortunately I did not experience the same level of cooperation here.

The hotel boasts a stunning, secluded location right on the seafront with direct beach access. And although there are a few areas for improvement, I felt truly pampered. The spacious layout of the rooms, but above all the warmth and friendliness of the staff, contributed to this wonderful experience.
