In general, the room is clean and nothing more, but the rooms are rather "tired".
No slippers / bathrobes - and although this is the norm for a three-star hotel, nevertheless, the absence of even a soap dish for bar soap provided by the hotel itself is already interesting)
The shower cabin was leaking, we had to wipe the formed puddles with towels. At the junction of the cabin with ceramic tiles, black mold is possible, black plaque is possible, but most likely mold. In Portugal, the presence of mold is like snow in Russia in winter - for granted) But the water pressure in the shower was such that at least do yourself a hydromassage - I really liked it))
The mattress is quite hard, those who have a sore back are unlikely to appreciate it, but massive comrades will be very comfortable, the mattress practically does not slip.
There is a kettle and cardboard cups in the room which is a big plus.
For those who are interested - TV catches almost all possible channels.
Breakfast is typical European: yoghurts, muesli, sliced cheeses and ham, bread. sweet buns and pastries, boiled eggs, fruits, tea and coffee. Nothing special but you won't leave hungry. The cost of breakfast is 18 euros for two.

We stayed here for one week & having not visited Porto before we hadn’t any idea which area we were in but just a short step from the Metro which we used nearly everyday,excellent link to the airport & much cheaper than a taxi,cost us €2.60 each one way. We thought the hotel was great,staff were very nice & rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily,shower had a bit of black in corners but seen much worse,there was a kettle but our only gripe were the paper cups for your drink which tended to go soggy also no milk supplied so we bought a small carton of longlife milk. One block down is the biggest department store we’ve ever seen,el casa inglis,food court is great,we didn’t eat breakfast in hotel so can’t comment,we used one of the cafes further down the road most days. One of the lovely receptionists directed us to catch a number 903 bus to Afurada the fish area & away from tourist area & very quaint near the marina,well worth a visit if you like fish,they are open for lunch & again in evening,steep hill down & up! as the bus doesn’t go right to the area.

We stayed here for 5 days March 2022. Whole package holiday including flights ( Manchester) transfers B&B was circa £500 in total. Which also included a boat trip on the river and a port wine tasting! Bargain ! Tram stop is a few meters from the door -but we found Uber so cheap it was easier ( lazier ) to get an Uber direct to the attraction. As little as 3 euros most we paid was 8 euros to visit Serralves outside the city ( well worth it - house & grounds fab - art gallery no as impressed). Hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, small bar on reception and lounge on first floor. We often had a g&t on return to the hotel - either in reception or the lounge. ( even our bar bill at the end of the week was only 50 euros / and we like our gin ) The hotel doesn’t do evening meals - but there is a lovely friendly Italian just up the road - they were trying live music on Wednesday night for first time - it was great! All in all - a fab affordable hotel just outside the centre with easy transport links

Great value and staff were welcoming. Billed asa budget hotel but worth much more. I actually quite liked it but it was not high class. Totally adequate for a short city visit and perfectly located. Shower was a bit temperamental. Room was quiet, on front with fantastic views of the city. Tram was right outside the door.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Hotel is near tram with direct line to Douro attractions. Also near El Cortes Ingles dept. store, a very convenient landmark.
