The room is large, wifi workes well. However the mattress was very soft, and the breakfest a little disappoiting, excpecially the coffee and pastries

It is a nice hotel right in front of S. Bento’s church. It has a couple of restaurants nearby but we always had dinner at the hotel. Great food, both breakfast and dinner, and each plate had a very generous amount of food, good enough to share with another person. Pillows are too soft, beds are good, rooms are also nice but are not sound proof. You can access the Spa for an hour as long as you book it in advance and it costs you 10€ per person.

Having a balcony to sit outside was a really nice plus. And an elevator made it much easier for me.
The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
Even though it was across the street from a major pilgrimage sight - it was quiet and view of the lake quite calming.
One drawback was no way to heat water for tea. Everything was pretty much about coffee which I like but I also like herbal tea at night
Although I couldn't hear voices the sound of knocking on the ceiling walls - woke me up a few times.

Location is nice. Was a good bar with nice beers nearby.
Also a nearby restaurant (Cávado) was very good. Try the beef on stick.
However the pillows and bed was not the best. I had a too small pilow so could not sleep well.

The hotel is just opposite the famous church pilgrimage site, and has its own parking lot downstairs, which is very convenient. The restaurant's dinner is very cost-effective. The surrounding scenery is excellent, and it is convenient to go to waterfalls, natural parks, and large lakes.

Hotel well located, with parking in front of the Hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Very good breakfast, with variety. We used the restaurant for dinner, the food was quite tasty and well served. The attentive and friendly staff. I recommend!
