The resort/view was beautiful. The food was good. There was live music poolside in the evening. Customer service was great! The receptionists even helped us get contacts for our daughter at a local optometrist after she left hers on a train

Beautiful hotel with amazing views from the castle and the new sporting area. Breakfast was beautiful staring out at the straight of Messina and the beautiful coast below. The breakfast catered to Italians and Americans I was pleased to find scrambled eggs and bacon along with delicious freshly made juices. The food was very good and featured local dishes. We stayed in the new Sporting complex which was all new and the Suite we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. In the evenings we would sit on the balcony and watch the entertainment around the pool which was quite large and beautiful. The only complaint was that the AC didn’t work very well in our building. It was a new system and had some huge glitches but the staff did a lot to accommodate us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, the place is beautiful and the staff from reception, the cleaners and wait staff did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Cheers to Antonio the lifeguard who took care of us around the pool and spoke pretty good English !

We were guests of the resort on the evening of May 4th for a wedding. The grandeur and refinement of the structure immediately left us speechless. The first positive impression was also reconfirmed by the refinement and quality of the food served on a terrace "with a Sicily view" first and then inside a beautiful internal room, again with a sea view. The jewel in the crown of the structure, however, is certainly the staff, very kind and helpful, the team of waitresses is truly exceptional. Furthermore, the splendid work carried out by Maitre Angelo should be highlighted who, in addition to being a serious and meticulous professional, is also very helpful on a human level.

Magnificent resort on the Strait of Messina. The view is splendid and can be enjoyed from different places in the resort. It is fabulous ! The resort is very well maintained, the green spaces are very beautiful and the swimming pool is large and very clean. You can walk around the resort with a stroller, it's very pleasant, while admiring the view. The staff are adorable, caring, including with babies. The restaurant is super good, the prices are really fair and the service is diligent. The rooms are large and comfortable. The carpet and furniture are from the period and this adds charm. Professional airport - hotel transfer on time. In short, a wonderful stay.

I spent 3 hours with some of my friends at the Spa, completely renovated and finished in every detail. Very soft bathrobes and towels, personally available and professional. Plus sushi tasting...really really waw, accompanied by bubbles or soft drinks. Beautiful path, from the sauna to the Turkish bath to the swimming pool with hydromassage, to the chromotherapy to the sensory path. To be repeated as soon as possible

In addition, the noise of children diving and adults shouting as if they were in a municipal swimming pool rather than in a place for adults dedicated to peace and relaxation. Young girls in skimpy costumes took selfies endlessly having brought their cell phones into the structure, which normally cannot be brought with you. The kit, which was small, included very uncomfortable slippers with a questionable shape. We were provided with only one herbal tea without the normal combinations of dried fruit and the water in the dispenser was ice cold. I was forgotten in a cabin for a treatment, and when I tried to call from the intercom I couldn't find any useful numbers to request, so I removed the bandage independently having heard, among other things, worrying screams in the corridors. It's a shame because I had wonderful memories of it. If the conditions remain as they are, I believe it is only compatible with a target of teenagers.

The management changed two years ago. Check in scheduled for 12.30pm and carried out at 5.40pm. The girls working in the lobby are rude, better not to disturb them by letting them do their job😂. Someone in our group found the room dirty despite waiting hours because they were cleaning it. Breakfast closed before 10am (their brochure stated the following times: opening at 7am and closing at 10am). Even the waiters at the restaurant did not hold back in bad taste comments. Be wary of reviews probably written by themselves. The pool was dirty already at 09:00. Disadvantageous structure for those with disabilities. In some rooms the air conditioning did not work and despite repeated warnings we were ignored. Carpet dirty and full of stains both in the corridors and in the rooms. They charged us for extra packages that we never received. In short, if you want to get robbed, this is the right location. The place is wonderful and beautiful view of Sicily. Definitely a beautiful panorama to be admired from a more elegant and graceful structure
