We stayed at the villa for 3 nights and were very pleased. The villa is clean, and it's clear everything is new and well-maintained. The furniture is in excellent condition, and all the appliances work perfectly, with nothing breaking or causing any inconvenience. We especially appreciated the good soundproofing – it was quiet and comfortable inside.
The staff is very friendly and responsive: always available and quick to help with any questions.
Yes, there's construction nearby, but it didn't bother us – the noise was moderate and only during the day when we were usually out.
Overall, we had only positive impressions and would happily return again.

Guest UserThis villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

Alex-WGreat experience, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is also well located, close to Bask and Pomona (both great for breakfast / Lunch / Dibber). I would not recommend the breakfast attached to the hotel though as it is super basic (but it is cheap at approximately 8 euros). Also there weresome drainage issues with the villa we had.

We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children.
The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first.
I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home.
We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit!
Best,
Ryan Lisha

This villa is as big as it looks on their website with amazing view. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.
The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low.
Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.
The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb.
And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

Don’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!

Great villa for a romantic getaway. The villa is beautiful, great private pool, well equipped kitchen to cook as well, bathroom was spacious but hope they can change the hairdryer because its too slow, friendly and helpful staff. All in all a super great stay!
The cons would be the location of the villa its a bit in the inland of the island about 5-7mins bike ride from the jetty / town centre, walking can take upwards to 15mins so do rent a bike right away when you arrive at the jetty or you could ride the horse carriage if you’re not bothered by the white people none sense. When at night the roads can be dark so make sure to bring flashlights and when it’s raining the roads can be a bit muddy.

An oasis on the north side of the island Lombok. You like your privacy? Rent one of the cozy cabins situated around the swimming pool. It's very green inside the resort that blocks for the most part the entries of the cabins. Each cabin has a little veranda. The owner and his staff are great!! Very helpful with everything and always ready to share a smile.
After a day out on one of the rented scooters the resort has, you feel like coming home. And a dive and sitting around the swimming pool is so nice when you're on a holiday.
The beach is just a 5 minutes walk away and you can easily walk 25 minutes to town for your shopping or lunch or dinner, but the resort has facilities too.
The bathroom is seperate from the bedroom which has its convenience.
In short, Thalia's Villa hotel is a place to come back to.
I can recommend this holiday spot.

Guest UserMade this booking in May 2026. The resort is absolutely beautiful. No complaints about that. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, gorgeous swimming pool and a decent tiny kitchen. However I am not so sure if it is maintained regularly. When we arrived, we were given the wrong set of keys for BOTH the main gate outside the house and also the door to the house itself. For a good 4 to 5hrs, nothing was locked. We were also assigned to the wrong room. We made the booking based on the photos on Trip.com and I always make comparisons to other travel sites for the same resort. What I thought I booked turned out to be a completely different room. This is annoying and it is the 2nd time this has happened on Trip.com. Perhaps they should stick to the room names and photos similar to the ones the resort uses instead of placing the same pics on every different room.
There is no hot water in this resort. I cannot believe a beautiful resort like this has no hot water for showers. So we resorted to boiling hot water from the electric flask but when we did so, there was a power trip and this happened at midnight. I had to find the DB and turn the switch on. No problem on that but still a grave inconvenience. Rubber stopper for the tub doesn't trap water.
So overall, this is a great place to stay. However, the location is really really far from anywhere. There are no eateries or restaurants nearby and Tiu Kelep is 2hrs away. Nearest Gili is about 1.5hrs away depending on traffic. What you will see is shop houses, mills, bike shops, very industrial feel to the surroundings.
But the staff was excellent. Despite all the troubles and issues, they made our stay as comfortable as possible. We have nothing but gratitude to them especially Mr Handri. Decent guy and super trustworthy. Such an asset for Ombe to have him there.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool
However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
