The property is a 1DK layout with 33 square meters of space and can accommodate up to two guests. The interior is simple and functional, featuring a kitchen, bathtub, and shower, creating a warm, familiar atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Japanese home. It offers a cozy space where you can easily experience island life, making it ideal for long-term stays and for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy a relaxing island pace. The location is highly convenient, just a three-minute drive from Kikai Airport, allowing quick check-in after arrival, and only a three-minute walk to a supermarket for easy grocery shopping. The wooden single-story house is rented out entirely, with a terrace where you can enjoy the surrounding nature, and it is conveniently located for visiting beaches and tourist spots. Facilities include a bathtub, shower, kitchen with cooking utensils, refrigerator, and microwave. Please note that bed sheets and towels are not changed during your stay. Due to the rich natural surroundings, insects may appear despite preventive measures, so we kindly ask for your understanding. Guests are also asked to be mindful and maintain a quiet environment during the night out of consideration for neighbors. This accommodation is perfect for relaxing stays with friends, workations, or extended visits. Spend a special time on Kikai Island surrounded by nature. Optional services are available by advance reservation and can be requested via message after booking is confirmed. Farming experiences are available for either a half-day or full-day, with free participation for children aged 15 and under. Pricing details will be provided via message. Rental cars can be arranged free of charge, with delivery available to the ferry terminal or airport. For late-night ferry arrivals, cars can be used free of charge until 8 a.m. the following morning. Late check-out is available in one-hour increments for up to three hours. Free rental items such as snorkel sets with masks and fins, as well as life jackets, are available in limited quantities and must be requested in advance. Optional service fees must be paid in cash on-site, as credit cards and electronic payments are not accepted.
