Quite far from the center. Room is beautiful, clean, cozy and large. There were problems with communications in English - when we called and asked to help to organize excursion nobody could understand us. Also the day of arriving we called in order to aware of the late arrival, the receptionist said something in French and hang up the phone.

Hard to find, it is actually in an old people service flat building. Checking is at the reception while you can hear the bingo numbers :)
Have to say once that is done, the appartment is clean, new and spatious.
No dish washer or airco though.

Séjour insolite, nous ne nous attendions pas à loger dans une maison de retraite ! Néanmoins très bon accueil, appartement impeccable. Un petit bémol accès difficile, pas de signalisation.

La struttura non è il classico Residence vacanze, ma sono appartamenti in comune all'interno di una residenza per anziani. L'appartamento era molto spazioso, così pure il bagno, allestimento minimale, con accessori di supporto per disabili (o anziani). Personale gentile, colazione continentale (brioches, succhi, yogurt, pane, marmellata, brioches, latte, caffè, thè, cioccolata, etc...) a buffet. Comodo per la vicinanza, 10 min. auto, ad Avignone.

Nous avons résidé quelques nuits en août. Il faut savoir que c’est avant tout une résidence pour personnes âgées…et comme les chambres ne sont pas complètes, ils louent aux personnes de passage. Les studios sont grands, propres et le personnel est sympathique…c’est familial. La chose qui dérange tout de même est l’odeur désagréable (d’urines) dans les escaliers, tous les jours !! Mauvaise odeur également dans la salle de bains Niveau localisation c’est calme et en retrait, la voiture est nécessaire, sinon les arrêts de bus sont proches.

Cet établissement n'est pas un hôtel, mais est situé dans un EHPAD, avec des chambres pour personnes âgées.
Il n'est pas indiqué (aucune pancarte devant le bâtiment par exemple).
Il ferme à 20h. Arrivé à 22h, il n'y avait personne pour m'ouvrir. Un numéro était écrit sur un papier. Aucune réponse à mes 5 appels.
J'ai alors cherché un hôtel pendant 3 heures en vain.
Finalement, j'ai payé sans pouvoir profiter de ma chambre, et j'ai dormi dans ma voiture.
C'est scandaleux car j'ai réservé bien avant 20h. On aurait pu m'envoyer un message pour me prévenir, ou a minima annuler la réservation si pas possible de m'accueillir après 20h.
Sur *******, il est simplement marqué que l'arrivée après 20h est sujette à accord, mais mon argent a bien été prélevé, et je n'ai jamais été rappelé par l'établissement, même le lendemain...
