For the first time in my life, I experienced a situation in a hotel where you cannot simply go to breakfast — you have to wait at the door for about 30 minutes because, according to the staff, there are too many hotel guests. This kind of organization is very surprising for a hotel. At the reception, the staff know only a few Lithuanian phrases. The hotel is located in Lithuania, where the official language is Lithuanian, so this situation feels quite disrespectful to guests. There was also confusion about the parking price. When checking in, the receptionist told us that parking costs 10 euros per day. However, when checking out, another employee charged 15 euros. This raises a simple question — do the prices change overnight, or does the staff simply not know the correct prices? The rooms also look quite old. The renovation appears outdated, and the bathroom is clearly from an older period as well. Considering the overall experience, the price–quality ratio definitely does not meet expectations. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again. I will also contact the relevant authorities regarding possible violations of the state language requirements.

For the price it's fine, for those who want a hotel in the new area of the city. If there is a problem you can ask at the reception and they will help immediately.

A great hotel!! Yes, slightly dated, but that's the charm. Good sized rooms, warmly heated in winter, with a nice bathroom and a BATH! Breakfast was great too! Didn't try the pool and sauna, but seemed popular!

Good location , the hotel is very big, nice rooms , the staff is very helpful and super nice .

Convenient location, great breakfast, fairly good room and quite ugly corridor 😊
