The location is good with nice atmosphere, but the staff is very slow and not attentive. Service is very slow and food is not up to the mark, no ***ager or higher position person is available for customer service. You didn't get any higher person who should resolve your query, we are going because of the atmosphere.

If you are planning to buy a yearly membership of the club I would recommend you not to do so, as they have given all the time slots for badminton, swimming, and other sports for coaching you can play. For ex for badminton they only have 1 hour slots (1 pm to 2pm, 4pm to 5pm and 8pm to 9pm) each 3 times a day for members which is not fair and all the other slots are for coaching classes. they are more focused in coaching and making money rather then giving services and facilities to the members with yearly membership. Also, the club one ***agement has a silly rule that the AC will be only operational after the 5PM even in the GYM section. I would not suggest taking membership as it costed me more then 22,000-/Rs

Air conditioning was not effective.
Room key wasn't working, had to take assistance everytime.

It was horrible, initial deluxe room booked on line was too small and stinky with small bathroom fr 3 . Upgraded to Super Delux which was bigger . No room service ( No calls were attended were picked up after dialing ) . Most horrible was room filled with mosquitoes. We could not sleep whole night . Vacation was totally spoiled . Food frm Bar was very good . Overall first Club one experience was very bad . I initially planned to take a membership but now dropped completely.
