Single Family home just 400 walking ft. away from the beautiful beaches of the Chesapeake Bay, or Chics Beach, the non-tourist, residential resort area of Virginia Beach. The massive king bedroom has a tempur pedic mattress, en-suite with a large jetted soaking tub and separate shower and includes a private balcony. There are 2 bunk rooms with sleeping for 4 ppl in each room. The bunk rooms, 1 queen room and king room are located on the second floor of the home. Two of the queen rooms are located on the first floor with a full bathroom. The 4th queen bedroom is located on the third floor with another full bath on the 3rd floor. On the ground floor, there is are 2 queen sleeper sofas. All bed and bath linens are provided for 21 people. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, each one including microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. All dinner ware, serve ware, and cook ware is included in the kitchens.
