While the morning front desk person was the sweetest, the night manager wasn't quite as knowledgeable. But that wasn't really the issue. The only room available, I was told, did not have blinds. Nor a desk. While the night manager stated that I would get a 50% discount since there were no blinds, Trip.com couldn't seem to get hold of the property to discuss my concerns. I've stayed here before, but it seems to be getting worse as time goes on. What's going on, Wyndham?

There is no public elevator for this 2 story hotel! Wish we would have know that. My 84 year old mother had a terrible time navigating the steps. No rooms available on 1st floor. We won’t stay again. Overpriced also! Almost $800 for 2 rooms, 2 nights!

Sheets were dirty, front desk came and changed just the fitted sheet. While doing so, observed small tiny little mattress pad protecting nothing. Felt very dirty and run down. Our mattress was exposed and there were stains all over - kids pointed out.

Stayed here 4 years ago and was pleasantly surprised at the upgraded decor and beds were very comfortable.

A lot of things were dirty. The bedspread on one of the beds in my room had stains and I brushed away some dirt. The sink has a crack in it. Someone spilled coffee down the wall by the door going out of the room. It had not been cleaned up before I got the room. The bathroom shower drain is not attached and floated off when I turned the water on. It was gross. In the lobby the carpet was very dirty from chips or something all over the floor in front of the slot machines. Why are there slot machines in the hotel? The fireplace in the lobby was covered with dust. Breakfast was pretty good. I was disappointed. When I stay in a hotel I expect for it to be clean. They really need to fix that drain in the shower. Thank you.

We stayed in an extended stay room with family staying in the room adjacent. We had to unplug our refrigerator due defective fan motor. The fridge had not been wiped out and the ice cubes were dehydrated. The worst thing was the awful sound the fridge was making. There was only 1 set of towels for 2 people for two nights. There were no kitchen towels or wash cloths. No paper goods in the kitchen. There were no spare blankets. The blanket that I got from the front desk had the shadow of a stain in the center of the blanket. There’s no dishwasher in the kitchen but a big hole in the cabinet where it used to be. Just inot inviting! If you know you’re having guests in a room make sure there are clean linens, spare blankets and make sure the fridge isn’t going into orbit.
