Rooms and Cleanliness: Rooms are described as spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with hygienic bedsheets and bathrooms. The property ensures a comfortable atmosphere, particularly highlighted in family-friendly 2BHK apartments accommodating multiple occupants.

Prime location near the beach iwas the only advantage noticed. The receptionist was never available in the seat to greet the guests or resolve their problems. No hospitality or friendly nature. Room was kept neat and clean and had ambiance. But amnities and facilities were very limited. Had to remind for towels and never pick up calls, may be busy engaged or no staff all affecting the guest service. Seemed to be pure business minded , no service minded or no hospitality which is basic of hospitality industry. Although menu given it seemed brought from open food outside since no restaurant a matter of serious concern of health. Started recently with limited rooms lot of improvements required management level for guest satisfaction.
