Location of the hotel is pretty convenient and that's the reason we selected it for our stay. The main issue is the slow response time of all staff starting from reception to house keeping to room service. They take a minimum of one hour for any requests. On the positive note their restaurant food is really good

Shiva Lakshmi Really talented lady with good housekeeping skills, She alway makes the room with patient to the guest expectation and the staff at Rockdale are good and cooperative. This Place is very close to V***n Beach (1 KM) And 300 Mtr to a beautiful Ram Temple. 500 mts to Jagadamba Circle. 2KM to Andhra University. Located in the heart of CITY.

Ridiculous service and food most important thing which is unbelievable they’re mixed up chicken and mutton curry both I’m allergic with mutton soo please check once if you have any thing at the restaurant. They didn’t apologise for those things.

Great experience with hotel rockdale while having hangout with friends... Must try caramel custard in the buffet and the mutton biryani was delicious buffet spread was 👍😊😊. Must visit. Thanks to Mr. Debraj and the whole team who served us .....

The restaurant was nice and having an amazing buffet with wide spread.. loved the ambience and staff were nice... you can binge live cricket here.... thanks to ms. Kalyani and Mr. Pattnaik who served our table

Third class service they alloted room after 1 hour we arrived at 6 pm and guest did not check out.they take money for extra hours from guest and give room to guest waiting later.. pathetic .room 421 i stayed water in bathroom draiing not properly. Sick pathetic and disrecfull .ramta and ramesh did not care to even ackniwkedge this fact and offer a breakfast for their unprofetonal ways..never coming back or will suggest this hotell

the room was too small, condition was bad and there was incessant noise of moving furniture till 12pm and after ***y complaints, it wasn’t resolved.

The property is well located and good but the overall stay experience was terrible. AC gets stop working at Mid Night. Repeated calls to Housekeeping and Reception for any service was required. The most horrible experience was the check out. It took 45 minutes to complete the checkout process. God Blessing I was having my flight in the afternoon. Need more professionalism at the Reception,
