Beautiful home, well maintained with a very nice homeowner welcomes you to share this lovely inviting space including a backyard with a patio and a peaceful setting. You are less than two miles from downtown Vista with great restaurants, music, shops, and more. You are 7 miles from our lovely beaches in Carlsbad. The accommodations are very clean and have everything the traveler needs for their stay. Stay a minimum of two days and up to a month if you like. We offer a discount for a month's stay. The room comes with a large TV and Netflicks, wifi included, a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and bathroom amenities. Check-in times are normally 3 pm to 10 pm but flexible if there is an issue. Check out 11 am. You will enjoy your privacy and relaxation in this beautiful home. Clean room and easy access
It’s a clean little place. We were in town visiting our son. It’s clean and has everything you could need. We didn’t use the community pool or hot tub, but had the option if we wanted. The neighborhood is older, but clean and very safe. We’d stay again

Room was nice, small but I don't need much. Clean and well appointed, mini fridge and microwave was nice. Small portable cooling unit but no AC. I drive a 1 ton pickup so parking was tight but adequate. Overall a nice place to stay.

Perfectly situated
I loved this property! Accommodations perfect! It came with all listed items—shampoo etc. There were pods for Keurig, creamer, water and sodas. The Blueberry preserves were the best I have ever had. There was a fresh fruit bowl! Property was centrally located to places I wanted to see. Gated community had greater sense of security.

Peaceful and private location with easy access to local towns and cities
My stay at this location was one of the most peaceful and pleasant I've ever had! The room and private bathroom, with access to the beautiful back patio, provide guests with everything they could need, including a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The host is helpful, kind, and responsive to any needs.
The gated community was also lovely. I stayed at the location for 6 days, and each day I went on two long walks around the neighborhood. There is a park area that has a pond with ducks, and I also saw other wildlife, including rabbits.
The nearby town of Vista has everything anyone could need, including restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. And towns like Carlsbad and Oceanside are also very close.
I'm a writer and used the space as a retreat during a week when one of my children was in a nearby summer camp in Carlsbad. It was a very pleasant experience for me.
