The best that has the hotel is the staff that is willing to go the extra mile to help. Charming and helpful. The location is foos as ir is just opposite to the tram station that foes into downtown. The rooms are autere. Lacks som drawers and the closet is unconfortale. No nigth side table, just a tiny plank of wood were one can hardly leave the phone to charge and not much more.

Lousy check-in the hours the reception is not attended. Computer wants to know: name, surname, etc.: all the information on the passport you've just scanned. For a couple you do this ritual of course two times. And after all your room number on printout is not readable, is it 101 or 104 or maybe 107? Hmm, lets try them all and pray the won't see us as burglars :-) Cutting back on personnel costs has its own setback. No emergency plans in the room in an unattended hotel. Suggest breakfast is included but is not. Less employees=cheapness

We felt like we were in our neighbors' room. We heard each other as if they were in ours. And I understand the opposite. Paper walls. Zero privacy, a bit awkward. Quite far from the center, but a tram at the door. Service was good.
