According telephone conversation with the reseptionist (on May 09, 2023) the Amran hotel is not pet friendly. Pets (i.e. dogs, cats travelling with their owner) ARE NOT ALLOWED. I would recommend TripAdvisor to recheck and amend the description of the hotel.

Отель старый и не бронируйте, В отели холодно, окно не закрывалось можно сказать с открытым окном жили, грязно, много поломанных вещей, еда не вкусная, полотенца не разу за 4 дня не поменяли также нет в номере чайника и утюга один на этаж!!!

Отель неплохой. Хорошее местоположение. Рядом вокзал и магазины с кафе. Номер большой, высокие потолки. Вай фай, телевизор, душ- все работало. Полотенца для тела и ног, шампуни присутствовали. Завтраки континентальные, но сытные и хорошие. Правда я устала от этой гостиницы из -за шума с трассы. У меня окна выходили на шумную дорогу. Закрывала окна, но это не помогало. Летом будет ужасно. Спала в берушах. Но кому то повезло больше , у кого окна выходили во двор. Так что все как будто ничего, но шум выводит из равновесия.

Ужасно . Видимо близость к жд вокзалу позволяет забирать стоимость , которая не соответствует качеству . 2800р номер , выдали одно полотенце , для рук и на пол класть не выдали , И то просить пришлось . Поднять на третий и четвертый этаж тяжелые чемодан и сумку это квест , чтоб не сорвать спину и опорно двигательную систему . Высокие крутые многочисленные ступени , и еще и узкие , что чемодан еле умещается на передышку. Вай фай подключать бесполезно - мертвый. Светильника у кровати нет . Номер убитый . Волос длинный черный возле кровати , брр. Слив унитаза течет , звук воды постоянный . Безумно красная терраса типа балкон глаз режет, не выйти . Воды в кулере не оказалось , пришлось идти на крутой третий этаж . И то, что номер слепили из того, что было - вишенка на торте , Зато все в зеркалах , потолки под 4 метра . Гостиница застряла в 90-х. Отвратительно .

сколько езжу по командировкам, самая параша. Тем более за такие!!! деньги.В холодильнике полка сломана, нет основного набора посуды чашка, ложка, вилка и т.п. микроволновки нет (видимо в свое кафе загоняют этими нюансами) На добавленном фото видно, что даже не поленились с самого видного места убрать волос

Нанимая персонал, необходимо обращать внимание на личные качества сотрудников, путешествуя из Москвы в Грузию перед границей решили остановиться в данном отеле, просто УЖАС были 10 октября 2022 г. около 23 часов, Администратор - дамочка пофигистка (для меня теперь образ Владикавказа разочарование ПОЛНОЕ) НОМЕР ГРЯЗНЫЙ ПРЕДОСТАВИЛИ (ОТЕЛЬ, ВИДИМО, ДЛЯ ВСТРЕЧ С ************* номера с презервативами !!!! Бежали со всех ног из этого *******. Пересекли границу с Грузией ночью, и остановились в отеле за эти же деньги с комфортом и сервисом, просто на высоте. Учитесь !!!!! Я ПУТЕШЕСТВЕННИК СО СТАЖЕМ, НО ТАКОГО БАРДАКА НЕ ВИДЕЛ!!!! НЕ Р Е К О М Е Н Д У Ю НИ КОМУ
