Очень вежливая девушка на ресепшене.У нас был улучшенный номер на 1этаже.Тепло.Номер реально большой .Кровати удобные.В ванной чисто и тоже тепло.Из минусов -очень хорошая?слышимость.

Отличный уютный отель с хорошим расположением в самом центре города. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Приятная девушка на ресепшен. В номере чисто и комфортно. Рекомендую.

Небольшой отель (всего семь номеров) в шаговой доступности от ж/д вокзала и основных достопримечательностей Владимира. В номере есть мини-бар и чайник, а если бронируете проживание с завтраком, то его приносят прямо в номер - ко времени, которое вы оговариваете на стойке регистрации. Были некоторые непонятки с отоплением - радиаторы были то горячие, то холодные, так как температура на улице была ниже -10 градусов, номер при неработающем отоплении быстро выхолаживался. Впрочем, серьезных неудобств мы из-за этого не испытывали.

Отель понравился, был люкс на первом этаже, чистый номер, белье и ковролин чистые, завтрак в номер без изысков, но вполне подходит как перекус перед дорогой Персонал Вежливый, быстро реагирует на просьбы Рекомендую Спасибо за гостеприимство и сервис

Любим с мужем и с нашей маленькой собачкой (шпицулей)путешествовать заграницей и по России ,отдыхать в хороших отелях. Отель Владимирский дворик достойный 4* Чистый, небольшой номер. Достойная мебель, белоснежное бельё , много подушек ,всё необходимое в ванной комнате. Приятный бонус , вкусный, сытный ,домашний завтрак. Замечательный, вежливый персонал

Очень редко пишу отзывы, но! Мой опубликованный отзыв видимо удалили со страницы Яндекса. Не знаю по какой причине, сам Яндекс или отель… Из плюсов - расположение отличное, центр города, для нас было важно. Минусы- Мы были в шоке от того, что на нас падает потолок. Мысли были такие, что конструкция дома рушится! Как оказалось нас заселили в заведомо аварийный номер, и с потолка капала вода в нескольких местах. Мы это заметили еще при заезде, подтеки на потолке и запах сырости. Мало того запах сырости и подвала, начал уже грибок расти на стенах. Грибком очень опасно дышать! Можно было бы подумать, что протопил верхний этаж, но на потолке, в его съемной конструкции из плиток, стоял большой таз, литров на 15-20, который собирал воду. Он наполнился и в итоге чуть не свалился на голову. Проблема была явно давно. Девочки, как могли пытались сгладить ситуацию. И еще, было слышно, как сотрудница громко, с матом выражалась о гостях и чистоте номера. Мы сами должны убирать после себя? Отремонтируйте номер и проведите работу с персоналом.

Все было хорошо до момента выезда. По работе был зум срочный и никак не мог выехать в 12. Сначала мне в дверь кто-то пинал или стучал несколько раз. Потом на ресепшен на меня набросилась тетя с претензиями, что ей убираться надо. Где ваша клиетоориентированность?????Можно ведь по другому.
